Baseline code to analyze customer messages to:

  • Unsupervised categorization: Messages are automatically clustered and assigned to a three‑level, hierarchical taxonomy (completely unsupervised, so no pre‑labeled data required).
  • Sentiment analysis: Each message receives a sentiment score on a 1 – 10 scale, where 1 is very negative and 10 is very positive.
  • Summary report: The system compiles the results into a concise, structured report that highlights dominant themes, sentiment trends and actionable takeaways.
