Added support for VCN Native endpoint (#271)

* updated default kubernetes version to v1.19.7, fixed deprecated interpolation-only expressions

* removed unused, old, commented code

* changed base module to 2.1.1 so operator gets provisioned faster

* fixed bug with security list - egress worker ports too wide

* further simplified security lists, removed redundant condition

Updated docs, images and topology.
