Looking at the stacktrace it doesn't seem likely that that identify check can cause a deopt loop.
The code generated by the DSL looks OK at first glance.

Steps to reproduce the issue

It seems to reproduces fairly reliably, >50% of the time, in GitHub Actions and locally.
One to the local build didn't seem to repro with a few tries, so it can be worth to rebuild the image if it doesn't repro. Though on GitHub it has both passed and failed with the same built image.

Looking at https://github.com/truffleruby/truffleruby/commits/master the first time it failed is on https://github.com/truffleruby/truffleruby/commits/master/ and very frequent since then.
So maybe there is a bug in that change from 26.0 to 25.1, or some version check somewhere still checking against 26?

No deopt loop.
