* fix(undertow-core:2.3.0.Final): resolve test failures
- Updated from javax to jakarta for servlet and websocket APIs.
- Regenerated GraalVM metadata for Undertow 2.3.0.Final.

* Correct previous commit: Fix metadata, test configs, and indexing issues

* fixed duplicated entries in metadata/io.undertow/undertow-core/index.json

* Address review feedback: remove unnecessary entries

- Removed all com.sun.management and javax.management  entries from .
- Removed META-INF/services from .
- Deleted .
