mode parameter for dpiConn_prepareStmt

Feature request:

let dpiConn_prepareStmt have a mode parameter to set constants like OCI_DEFAULT (i know its default in dpiOci__stmtPrepare2), OCI_PREP2_GET_SQL_ID (to get the sql id, see #194) or others mentioned in https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-database/23/lnoci/statement-functions.html#GUID-E6C1DC67-D464-4D2A-9F19-737423D31779
