To reduce duplication between root deployment, COA users use symbolic link for composition bosh operators. The probleme is a that a changed content in the target files do not trigger concourse job

Should be express the target operators directory (same scan-path for bosh deployment in deployment-dependencies.yml)
Describe alternatives you've considered
Fake modify files in template directory to trigger the scan.
