helm kubectl should be able to install legacy deprecated charts

following stable incubator depreciation, we are unable to install existing charts.

it seems no option are available to be able to use deprecated repository. @obeyler could you confirm ?

the option was '--allow-deprecated-repos' it seems to be still present as option on 'helm repo add' https://helm.sh/docs/helm/helm_repo_add/
