bosh stop k3s-agent/server should clean kubelet dir

When stopping a job, all process are killed with k3s-killall.sh
But the data in /var/vcap/data/k3s-xxx/kubelet are not cleaned (we had issue with inodes exhausted, preventing node restart)

Should clean the directory as part of bosh post-stop scripts
