Add rate limiting to destructive actions (delete-service-binding and delete-service-instance) #207
Description
Expected behavior
As an osb-cmdb operator
- In order to prevent an osb platform operator from mass deleting osb subscriptions
- I need to fail after a certain rate of deletion requests is received
Observed behavior
Bug https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/paas-templates/issues/1013 might accidentally limit concurrency but without any expected guarantees
