Referrers api? #224
Description
Im looking for where oras-py implements the referrers API in order to discover artifacts related to an image tag (or digest). Am I seeing correctly that this is not (yet) part of this project? If that's true, is it aligned with the maintainers' vision to add it? If so I can probably find some time to contribute, but if it's not I'll just code up a raw http solution in my app.
Apologies if I missed something or don't understand the project goals.
