Cannot edit/save for an otlp sink with token base authentication

see #3132 for setup. After the sink is added cannot edit it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open up the sink from UI
2. click "Edit"
3. change something e.g. endpoint
4. the save option is grey out

Expected behavior

able to edit and save changes made to the sink

Thanks @lixinchina1, could you please check (if not already) if the save button works with valid endpoint in the input (without /v1/metrics?

the sink I checked is the one without /v1/metrics

I also check other sinks created previous (before upgrade orb version) with basic username/password authentication, save option also grey out

I then create new otlp(username/password auth) or promethes sink, save option still grey out so looks like it's broking across the board after version upgrade
