Issue Upgrading Femto Mega Firmware 1.3.0

Dear Orbbec3D Tech Support Team,

I was trying to upgrade my Femto Mega firmware from 1.2.7 to 1.3.0 using OrbbecViewer 1.9.3 on Ubuntu within a VirtualBox VM.

I followed the Femto Mega Firmware Upgrade Instructions and successfully entered upgrade mode. However, when I click the button to select the firmware folder, it doesn’t allow me to do so. I also tried manually copying the folder path, but that didn’t work either.

Could you guide me on how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Seems so that nobody has an answer to that, very sadly. Totally disappointed about how many problems there are for simply upgrading the firmware from that expensive product.

Would not recommend anybody buy from Orbecc. Better switch to other companies.
