refreshThrottle documentation ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hey everyone,
this is mainly meant for the creator(s), but anyone insight may prove helpfull.

I've been looking at some code (not mine) that uses tom-select and I came across refreshThrottle.
I wanted to know more about it, (eventhough the name is somewhat self explanatory) so I had a look in the documentation on tom-select.js.org.
Thing is I didn't see refreshThrottle anywhere, only loadThrottle.
Now at first I thought this might be an error, but I decided to have a look in the source code of tom-select and found it there.

Therefor I am wondering what the reason is that this is not documented, is this a slight oversight or something else.

this part is currently missing in the documentation (#928)
With PR #942 it will added.

The description is:
The number of milliseconds to wait before search from options. If 0, the list will be refreshed immediately when you type in. - default value is 300.
