Validation error File upload error

I have a problem with uploading files through "upload::make" on the development environment everything works, but on the web it throws an error "Validation error File upload error" when I try to insert a file. This is what is returned in the console. 500 (Internal Server Error)

Try looking at the logs, and also set the maximum size for upload the file.
