Slow on large database.

First of, thanks for the great work! It's the best roam visualizer I have seen :)

Having more than 10000 nodes, the performance is a bit of slow. I wonder what I can do to improve it? Is it because vis-network is slow? Or is it because that we use elisp (slower?) to calculate complicated stuff?
