Retrieving frame in raw format in AXIS Q1728 Block Camera

Hello,

I tried to retrieve a frame in raw format from image provider (as a reference, see https://github.com/AxisCommunications/acap3-examples/tree/main/object-detection) supplying the format type VDO_FORMAT_RAW.

Using vdo_map_dump

However, calling vdo_stream_new ended up with error

Failed creating stream: Format 'raw' is not supported

VDO_FORMAT_RAW marked is restricted in the header file (VDO_FORMAT_RAW = 6, /**< Raw (Restricted) */).

• What is a way to obtain a raw frame in the camera, please?
• What is the Bayer raw format alike in there (e.g. 12 or 14 bit, BGGR or others, bit padding used or not, etc)

It's obviously is available inside the camera and in the header vdo-types.h there is VDO_FORMAT_RAW

Raw data straight from the matrix would provide wider dynamic range which is useful for poor illumination

VDO_FORMAT_RAW: It is not supported.

Please note that according to the latest/updated documentation:
https://axiscommunications.github.io/acap-documentation/docs/api/src/api/vdostream/html/vdo-types_8h.html

The RAW format has been removed and no longer exists. Be sure to refer to the updated documentation to avoid any confusion.
