Thanks for the responses. When sending commands the only ones that work are when I send it to the lead speaker. For sure commands for the play/pause or stop functions are affecting all speakers because its one player but you would think the speakers would have separate volume control. The Image I showed has the main foreground volume controls and they are separate for all speakers but it almost seems like since the player is suing the background audio path then there is no separate control. Or is there a way to get the player to play through the foreground music on the speakers where I may get control. |

So we have a job using Axis speakers grouped together through the building (1 leader) playing music from the Soundtrack app. The client has requested a way to control the volume of two areas (one area with 9 speakers and one area with an audio bridge) separate from the rest of the building.
We have a Crestron processor and I have been able to control the volume and Mute by using the command: GET /vapix/audiocontrol?format=simple&action=axac:SetVolume&Volume_BackgroundVolume=-30.
The problem is that the command doesn't work per speaker and seems to control the whole group as one. How can I control each speaker independently (or as a new group maybe) while still keeping the single zone of music playback from Soundtrack?
Also where is the background music controls in the WEB UI? They seem to be hidden.
Here is the setup:
Thanks.
