Axis Q1942-E: "Failure reported when reading from Sensor.T2."

Hello everybody,

my Axis Q1942-E 10mm 30fps has been experiencing very low contrast for some time, making it almost impossible to see anything.
The server report shows the following error message:
temperature-ctrl-setup[555]: temperature_ctrld[555]: Failure reported when reading from Sensor.T2.

Has anyone experienced this before? Where is this sensor located?

Check OS version whether it is the latest OS verion, if not, try the latest version if issue is still there.
