Obtaining bounding boxes using rtsp

Hi all,
I have a P1387 which I have configured to use Analytics for Humans. I haven't enabled "Time in area" as I'm wanting to get a realtime feed of objects from the camera. When using the camera's Object Analytics view I can see that people are being detected and bounding boxes drawn.

I saw an Axis/Gstreamer demonstration where the command used was something like
"gst-launch-1.0 onvifmetadatacombiner start-time-selection=first latency=500000 name=agg ! videoconvert ! onvifmetadataoverlay font-desc="monospace 20" ! videoconvert ! autovideosink rtspsrc protocols=http+tcp latency=500 add-reference-timestamp-meta=true location="rtsp://:@/axis-media/media.amp?resolution=1280x720&audio=0&event=off&analytics=box&fps=25" name=src src. ! application/x-rtp, encoding-name=H264 ! rtph264depay ! h264parse ! avdec_h264 ! agg.media src. ! rtponvifmetadatadepay ! onvifmetadataparse ! agg.meta"

This command will run for a variable amount of time until it crashes with "../glib/gmem.c:106: failed to allocate 17179865103 bytes"
However it also fails to show bounding boxes.

My questions are:

1. Is this the most efficient way to see bounding box data using RTSP/ONVIF/GStreamer?
2. Do I need to enable anything else in the camera to enable the data stream?
3. Does anyone know what the expected latency would be of such a solution?

As per my understanding, you can use the ONVIF RTSP URL to get the metadata. I have used AXIS Metadata Monitor to verify:
