This automatically generated reply acts as a friendly reminder. Answers to your questions will most often come from the community, from developers like yourself. You will, from time to time, find that Axis employees answers some of the questions, but this is not a guarantee. Think of the discussion forum as a complement to other support channels, not a replacement to any of them. If your question remains unanswered for a period of time, please revisit it to see whether it can be improved by following the guidelines listed in Axis support guidelines. |

Hi,
We’re using AXIS cameras connected through Teltonika routers, and the cameras currently send pulse images to our API endpoint every two minutes (https://developer.axis.com/computer-vision/how-to-guides/send-images-to-aws-s3/). However, when the router loses connection - usually due to a SIM outage, those images are lost during that period.
Is there any solution to prevent this? Ideally, the AXIS cameras would support some form of buffering and retry mechanism, but I haven’t been able to find any documentation confirming this.
Thank you.
