Trying to set up a storage for my Axis Camera to a shared folder, but getting this error: The folder is shared properly with full access to everyone, and I can access it no problem Please advise? |

Hi Slava, Have you checked the Samba settings in Windows 10? The M1034 is a bit old and may be using an older version. It can also be an issue with your shared path. |

All Samba settings are turned on. But the issue didnt go away. |

Hi Slava, I tried with Everyone access in Windows 10, but it seems to not work. You need to specify a user and use the login details. Also the host should be an IP address, not a hostname. Assuming that SMB is already enabled. Model maybe different but same interface.

Enable SMB1 on Windows 10
Press Windows Key + R to bring up the run dialog and type: optionalfeatures.
Expand “SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support” and then check the box next to “SMB 1.0/CIFS Client“
Then networks share should work.
the reason is old camera firmware is using low version 1.x SMB,
with latest OS, we can select different SMB version.
while latest win 10 is 3.x. so you need enable the SMB 1.0 in windows.
