@maartenba Is the bump for the Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Relational from 8 to 9 for TargetFramework net8.0 by design? If yes - this should be documented as breaking change. We skipped .net 9, .net 10 still needs some dependencies to catch up. And right now, after upgrading to 7.4.0 i have runtime error:

Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Method 'get_LockReleaseBehavior' in type 'Npgsql.EntityFrameworkCore.PostgreSQL.Migrations.Internal.NpgsqlHistoryRepository' from assembly 'Npgsql.EntityFrameworkCore.PostgreSQL, Version=8.0.11.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d8b90d52f46fda7' does not have an implementation.

Meanwhile did get a confirmation, and the team will be addressing this in the coming time with a dependency upgrade. Thanks for suggesting!
