Capturing errors in log files

The current scripts only capture standard output in the log files, but not standard error, making failures to complete meshing and/or simulations difficult to diagnose. Standard error can also be captured to the log file by adding 2>&1 wherever there is a tee to a log file; for example:

decomposePar -force 2>&1 | tee -a log
mpiexec -np 8 simpleFoam -parallel 2>&1 | tee -a log
reconstructPar -latestTime 2>&1 | tee -a log

The above has been tested and works on Windows 10.

Thanks. I agree this would be helpful and should be an easy fix. I will add that asap.
