Import & export settings

Hello!
I added, following my FR #94, a way to export and import the settings of the plugin. This works on mobile & desktop, and you can export a file, or use copy-paste.
This function doesn't export the « private » settings, aka the GitHub Token, the repository name and username.

This allows a better sharing of your settings because :

• You don't need to go into your .obsidian/plugins/obsidian-mkdocs-publisher
• You don't need to edit the file to remove the sensitive information.

It will be useful to :

• Share your configuration for any template (jekyll, Hugo...)
• Send the configuration for debugging purpose
• Share between vault / user

For the moment, this function is in beta !
