The Samsung clock app supports this: if I disable an alarm today, it asks whether I want to reenable it tomorrow.
This is useful because if I wake up at 6o'clock, one day I might want to stay sleeping today but will still want to wake up tomorrow. 😊
In other cases, someone might use their alarm clock to do a certain type of healthcare procedure at a certain hour everyday, but on a specific day might want to skip that day if there is no serious adverse effect but still want to keep the schedule for the next day.
Sure, one can disable an alarm for that day and then try hard to remember to turn it back on the next day, but people with a terrible memory like the elderly or people with a brain injury (like I have 😢), might not remember to enable it again the next day, and so they would need to add a second alarm to remind them to turn the first alarm back on on the next day... 😕
Would that be desired as an actual feature request in the bug tracker? If so I'll definitely open it there, but I figured I would first suggest it in the discussions here to avoid bothering the devs too much. 😉
