If a certificate is issued for at least one merged PR and you did not receive it, first make sure that the PR was successfully merged into the target repository and that your GitHub username and registered email match the details used by the certificate issuer.
Certificates are not generated automatically by GitHub; they are issued by the event or organization running the program. |

If you have at least 1 PR merged and are eligible for a certificate but haven’t received it, this usually happens due to one of the following reasons:
• Inbox • Spam / Promotions • All email IDs you may have used
• Is fully merged • Was not reverted • Meets the program guidelines
• Contact the official GSSoC support channel (email or Discord) • Share: The organizers usually re-send the certificate once details are verified. |

I have done 1 pr merged and for at least 1 pr merged there is certificate for it but I didn't get it
