I have created a PR, and it has been 5-6 days, and it is still not being reviewed. There has no answer from them. Can you fix this issue? also, issues are not being assigned that quickly and lengthy process.

@swaraj-das and @AnitSarkar123 because of their mistake and little bit mine my two issues are merged into single PR they didn't merged the PR and i didn't checked and pushed the code to main branch for the second issue and it is merged to same PR and now still the PR is pending.

We have not been receiving any help from the mentors, and due to our academic commitments, there was a brief discontinuation of 1-2 days. Despite this, we are still managing the PRs. However, many contributors make only minor changes and submit pull requests, which requires us to carefully review and address each one to ensure quality.
