Move the PDF export option out from under the page navigation - unable to display for pages with very long navigation #1056

Hi @JaniceManwiller, apologies for the slow response to this. This was actually a layout bug that caused the sidebar to be unscrollable temporarily, which we have fixed a while ago. Still, your feedback pointed to a larger issue, so we have recently moved the PDF and Git actions out from under the page navigation and into the "Page Actions" (= Copy) menu. This gives more room to the page navigation and a more consistent spot for those page actions. Thanks again for your feedback! |

The PDF export is below the "Was this helpful" prompt under the page navigation.
In most cases, this is fine, but it is jarring to have the option move up and down based on the length of the navigation. It would be nicer to have the option in a location that does not move, similar to the Copy menu. It's more like the Copy menu, so maybe move it next to it or combine into a single "copy and export" menu.
Also, for longer pages with a long set of page navigation links, you cannot get to the feedback or PDF option. Depending on the screen/browser, the page will only scroll to the end of the navigation and will not display the feedback or PDF option.
Here's an example of that. You can see that I'm scrolled down all the way to the end of the topic, but in the right navigation I can only see the last heading. I cannot see the feedback or PDF export option.
