Custom styling options for blocks (background color, padding, border)

It would be great to have styling options for blocks or generic containers - specifically the ability to set custom background colors, text colors, and padding. Or the ability to set the sizes of the columns, as in Confluence. This would allow creating CTA sections, highlighted areas, or branded callouts.

Use case:
Creating a "Need Help?" section with dark background and action buttons at the bottom of documentation pages.
