Correction to installation command

After a few failed installation attempts, I successfully installed by changing the tar option in the command

mkdir homebrew && curl -L https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/tarball/master | tar xz --strip 1 -C homebrew

to

... --strip-components=1 ...

which leads me to believe that it is incorrect. This list of options corroborates my idea. I don't think this is PR worthy, but I wanted other users to see it (and possibly have it changed) in the docs.

That's probably written for the BSD tar that ships with macOS. If you think it's wrong a pull request would be the best fix.
