The libreoffice cask is only for macOS. It appears we are not handling this correctly and failing with an invalid cask definition rather than printing something helpful. I ill look into fixing the messaging.

The closest thing possible is indirectly managing Flatpak via brew bundle (https://docs.brew.sh/Brew-Bundle-and-Brewfile#types) which may work with https://www.libreoffice.org/download/flatpak/

Direct brew support will depend on adding AppImage support to brew and using it to install https://www.libreoffice.org/download/appimage/
