Vendor email ID (which also be used as a vendor login name) can be changed by the NetLicensing team upon vendor request.
To request an email change please provide the following information:

  • send change request from your vendor email ID
  • provide your Vendor Number (can be found on the Profile page)
  • specify your new email ID
  • provide a timeframe to perform this change (ideally CET timezone - usual working hours)

Please note: your vendor account may be unavailable for approx. 30min during this change.


We'll inform you as soon as the changes have been completed.

We advise you to verify the following after the email change:
