Widget embed code (new) is blank

Hi, on new server clean install, if I embed "Widget embed code (legacy)" it's ok, but with "Widget embed code (new)" after click on icon it's all blank.


I enabled debug and no php error or in browser.
Same blank page on Static URL for customer url "//WEBSITE/livehelp/lhc_web/index.php/chat/start"

Another issue, if I put 'modulecompile' => true, I get error:

Update your php version... where is_countable is supported.

Ok, tried on another server with php v8 and no more errors when enabling modulecompile but the widget (new) it's still blank

i'm not sure what should i do with your report like blank screen as it's just no steps to reproduce... So please do a proper report with error...

I installed LHC on another server with updated mysql and all good, thanks for patience.
