How to add the auto responder messages for POPUP CHAT?

Hello,
I am using Popup chat window to invite my visitors and sometimes, I post the link directly that connects to chat automatically.
I want to add some auto responder messages to this direct popup.
Please advise

Use custom department and in auto responder choose only that one department where it applies.
