Intermittent Live Helper Chat Dashboard Loading Issue Across Multiple Projects

I have integrated Live Helper Chat for three separate projects hosted on the same server, each running in different subfolders. In one of these projects, I have also integrated an AI chatbot and added multiple REST API calls for push notifications and chat close actions.

Since this integration, I am experiencing intermittent dashboard loading issues across all three projects. At times, the dashboard takes 5–10 minutes to load.

I would like to understand the exact root cause of this issue and get guidance on how to resolve it.
