React or Vue? Which framework offers the "Golden Path" for Milkdown?

Hi Mirone,

I'm a big fan of Milkdown and I'm about to integrate it into a Turborepo-based project. I see that Milkdown provides excellent support for both React and Vue.

However, as I explore the ecosystem (especially the new Crepe), I'm curious: If you were to build a complex, production-grade editor from scratch today, which framework would you recommend for the best stability and ease of customization?

I've noticed that many of your design patterns (like useEditor and the ctx system) feel very "Vue-like," but React obviously has a huge ecosystem. Does one framework have a slight edge in terms of performance or API completeness within the Milkdown ecosystem?
