Moe 3.0 ideas

Because turning moe into a monorepo would trigger a new major version, I figured it may be a good time to also implement any other breaking change ideas that may be floating around. There are a few api functions I wanted to slightly alter, but I didn't really have anything else in mind. What about you @ali-ramadhan?

I did not have any breaking changes in mind! Or at least I don't think I have any breaking changes in mind I'd like to make. I'm pretty close to having the perfect tagging process, so maybe I feel like I have most things I want from Moe.

But maybe this is a good place to list some ideas for future features/changes I did have in mind that require modifying Moe itself. Maybe some will involve breaking changes.

1. moe_musicbrainz: pull duration and composer data.
2. custom path sanitation (being able to customize _sanitize_path_part and path_replace_chars)

Ok actually the list is very short haha. I thought I had more but I didn't write them down. Will revisit this post if I remember any!

The good news is both of those are easy and shouldn't require any breaking changes!
