Next phase for MQB automarker/autofeedback

I am opening this discussion to chart a path towards merging these two projects into one:

Development will be guided by these (themselves subject to some further tweaks):

@mhasoba Idle thought - any particular reason why automarker is running all the git using subprocess rather than using GitPython?

It might make the code a lot more readable and maintainable - and I suspect that GitPython would handle a lot of the error checking you are hand-tooling.
