Add filtering input to Suite Template API request

In the Quali API "Get Available Suite Templates" allow for users to add in a filtering request to the API call.

Adding this JSON to the body:

{
    "domains": ["Global"]
}

This would allow users to requests suites in specific domains

Specifically I may need to server up selections based on my user - I can query which domains a user has access to, so that would then become the search parameters.
Also there is not an API call to specifically return a current domain list, this would be helpful.
