I don't use chat at all, I prefer asyncronous communication

And now I'm a liar because the repo names have changed again.

Sonic-DE/kwin-x11-sonic is now simplified to Sonic-DE/sonic-win

Sonic-DE/plasma-workspace-sonic is now Sonic-DE/sonic-blaze-workspace

I'm also pulling in other relevant repositories that will be necessary for a separate build environment.
