In the Maramataka home page -> Repositories -> New repository
and follow the onscreen instructions to create the repository for your team

Then add that repository to your team page:
Home page -> Teams -> your team -> repositories -> Add repository

When to create your repository: asap
When to push your code: whenever you reach a milestone. don't wait until the deadline.
