source string description showing twice?

After updating recently to Weblate 5.13.3 from 5.12.x, I noticed that the translator comments from .po files are now showing twice:

• once as the <span class="badge source-comment"> element next to the source language title (as was previously in Weblate 5.12)
• and once in a <div class="form-group help-block"> element above the source language title (this seems to be new?)

Is this expected behaviour?

Not really intentional; it was caused by f56f87a. #16686 fixes that.
