Multiple Translator and check system

Translator A does a full translation.
Translator B also does a full translation.
Then we compare both and flag differences in each translators work. We then notify the translators within weblate of the differences. They will be sent each other alternative translation and either confirm correct translation or add note why it's wrong and their's should be selected.
