Show other events/actions in user activities?

Some strings got bulk-edited to "confirmed", and I looked up the user to see when this happened.
Would be great if other things like reviewing strings was available as a bar in https://hosted.weblate.org/user/kingu/#activity

suggestions, comments and uploaded screenshots would be nice to have too?

Is it just visual noise, or does it serve a purpose?
Could be combined with #5394

If I could see when I uploaded a screenshot it would be great to find a translation I did the same day, if all I remember is having uploaded a screenshot, for example.
