Use the misc repository for managing organizational tasks?

I was thinking about moving the organizational task not directly affecting the development of the XLibre Xserver to the Issues · X11Libre/misc repository. This would help to focus on the former and unclutter the issue list there.

@metux What was your intention for creating the misc repository? Would the "global" organizational tasks fit in there?

Yes. I've first created them for discussions, but we can use it for other meta-things, too.
