Clean up the telegram channel

Please provide moderator perms to dasha on the telegram end to moderate, they've been pretty good at it on the matrix end thus far and telegram is currently unmoderated. Also, please disable topics entirely as this breaks the matrix bridge and fills the room with off-topic discussion. For offtopic chats, can you just create another telegram channel and use that?

I also think that a separate telegram channel (and corresponding matrix bridge) could be made specifically for development on XLibre. I guess it could all be handled here on github too, but it would be useful to have a less active chat where only the technical aspects are discussed

Already exists. I think there should not be one, people should go elsewhere for that. Very prone to toxicity not worth it

1. People using the term, "toxic," "toxicity," etc use it ironically...oftentimes without realizing it.

2. Human nature and all, you rather cannot avoid it and tryying to not give it an outlet leads to the bullsh!t RH pulled.

3. You're not better than anyone else and it doesn't make people better to legislate (Which is what you're talking to here...) - t won't end well.

4. If you have issues with any of that, I suggest a thicker skin. This all is a full contact sport, Open Source.
