Collaborating with Xenocara

OpenBSD maintains its own version of X11. I think it would be beneficial to seek a collaboration or even a merge with them.

More eyes on the code, and the excellent security track of the OpenBSD people.

Thank you for your contribution! We currently restructured the "Ideas" discussions and accordingly this discussion will be moved to the Good Ideas For Later category.

As far as the matter itself is concerned, I think we still have to get a bit “older” and “gain weight” before we knock on the doors of other projects. The availability of XLibre on FreeBSD and soon GhostBSD is in my opinion already a step in the right direction.
