Dependency Submission for a GitHub repository via ADO pipeline

Hi Everyone,

At my org we have a lot of teams that have their repos under GitHub but build pipelines on azure devops.
I see that there is no direct way to do a dependency submission under those circumstances.
I started preparing something on my end to do that, but I want to check with you if you already have a plan for that?
