I was wondering, since I failed to find relevant resources about the topic, if there's a best-practice for adding users to a channel in a more intuitive way. Kindly refer a thread that discusses this if I didn't look close enough.
Currently, to invite other users to self-hosted channels requires sharing the client-config.yml and uploading it.
Is there a best-practise or a streamlined way to turn accepting a channel invite to a self-hosted instance in something akin to a 'on-click' experience? Right now, the only way that comes to mind is basically creating a shell for the any-type mobile-app that takes care of uploading the yaml and creating an account.
Edit: Is there a way to use a custom domain for sharing?
Thanks, happy past-mas and an uneventful New Year!
