Has anyone encountered the Appium + iOS problem where the application starts to launch, and then I get a message on the simulator asking me to update the build?
#17
The developer who sends me the build is using Xcode version 26.1.1, the same as me.
I receive an archive, place it in a folder, unzip it, and run it.
The simulator opens, the app gets installed, and then I receive a message saying that the build needs to be updated.
Is it possible that the build was created for a real device instead of the Simulator?
Should the Simulator be selected instead of Any iOS Device / Other iOS Devices when creating the build?
What should I pay attention to? Has anyone encountered something like this before?
Thanks.
